机收对宿根甘蔗根际土壤微生物群落和酶活性的影响 Title:InfluenceofMechanizedHarvestingonSoilMicrobialCommunityCompositionandEnzymeActivityinSugarcaneRhizosphereSoil Abstract: Sugarcaneisanimportantcashcrop,contributingsignificantlytoglobalsugarproduction.However,theadoptionofmechanicalharvestingpracticeshasraisedconcernsaboutitsimpactonsoilmicrobialcommunitiesandenzymeactivityintherhizospheresoil.Thisstudyaimedtoinvestigatetheinfluenceofmechanizedharvestingonsoilmicrobialcommunitycompositionandenzymeactivityinsugarcanerhizospheresoil.Theresultsindicatedthatmechanizedharvestingsignificantlyaffectedtheabundanceanddiversityofsoilmicroorganismsaswellastheactivityofkeyenzymesinvolvedincarbon,nitrogen,andphosphoruscycling. 1.Introduction Sugarcaneisamajoragriculturalcropcultivatedworldwideforitscommercialvalueinsugarproduction.Thetraditionalmanualharvestingpracticeshavebeenlargelyreplacedbymechanizedharvestingtechniquesduetolaborshortagesandimprovedefficiency.However,theintroductionofmachineryintosugarcaneharvestinghasledtoconcernsaboutitspotentialimpactsonsoilhealth,specificallythemicrobialcommunitiesresidingintherhizosphere,whichplayacriticalroleinsoilnutrientcyclingandplantgrowth. 2.Methods Afieldexperimentwasconductedinasugarcaneplantationtocomparethesoilmicrobialcommunitycompositionandenzymeactivitybetweenmanuallyharvestedandmechanicallyharvestedplots.Soilsampleswerecollectedfromtherhizosphereofsugarcaneplantsatdifferentgrowthstagesandanalyzedusingmoleculartechniques(e.g.,DNAsequencing)andenzymaticassays. 3.ResultsandDiscussion 3.1SoilMicrobialCommunityComposition Theresultsshowedthatmechanizedharvestingsignificantlyalteredthecompositionandabundanceofsoilmicrobialcommunities.DNAsequencingrevealedadecreaseinmicrobialdiversityandashiftinthedominantmicrobialtaxainthemechanicallyharvestedplotcomparedtothemanuallyharvestedplot.Mechanizedharvestingfavoredtheproliferationofcertainmicrobialgroups,suchasActinobacteria,whilesuppressingothers,suchasFirmicutes.Suchshiftsinmicrobialcommunitycompositionco
