杨木APMP浆料回用性能研究及在超级压光纸中的应用 Abstract Inrecentyears,recyclingofcoatingcolorinthepaperindustryhasbecomeanimportantissueduetoenvironmentalandeconomicimpacts.ThisstudyaimstoinvestigatetherecyclingperformanceofYangmuAPMPcoatingcoloranditsapplicationinsupercalenderedpaper.TherecyclingperformanceofYangmuAPMPcoatingcolorwasevaluatedbymeasuringtheviscosity,solidcontent,andcolorproperties.TheresultsshowedthatYangmuAPMPcoatingcolorexhibitedgoodrecyclingperformancewitharetentionrateof96%afterthreecyclesofrecycling.Furthermore,YangmuAPMPcoatingcolorwassuccessfullyappliedtoproducesupercalenderedpaperwithimprovedqualityattributes,suchashighglossandsmoothness. Introduction Papermakingisawater-intensiveprocessthatconsumeslargeamountsofenergyandresources.Thecoatingprocess,usedtoimprovethesurfacepropertiesofpaper,alsocontributestotheenvironmentalimpactofpaperproduction.Theuseofcoatingcolorconstitutesasignificantportionofthepapermakingcosts,anditsrecyclingcanreducebothenvironmentalimpactandproductioncosts. APMP(AlkalinePeroxideMechanicalPulp)isawidelyusedpapermakingpulpthathasgainedincreasingpopularityinrecentyearsduetoitsadvantagessuchaslowenergyconsumption,highyield,andgoodpaperproperties.YangmuAPMPisatypeofAPMPproducedfrompoplarwood,whichhasgainedwideacceptanceinthepaperindustryduetoitslowcostandgoodquality. ThisstudyaimedtoinvestigatetherecyclingperformanceofYangmuAPMPcoatingcoloranditsapplicationinproducingsupercalenderedpaper.ThepaperinvestigatestherecyclingperformanceofYangmuAPMPcoatingcolorthroughtheevaluationofitsphysicalpropertiessuchasviscosity,solidcontent,andcolor.
