FreeaminoacidsandvitaminCareimportantnutritionalcomponentsofsoybeansprouts,andtheircontentsarecloselyrelatedtothequalityofsoybeansprouts.PreviousstudieshaveshownthatthecontentsoffreeaminoacidsandvitaminCinsoybeansproutsareaffectedbygenetic,environmental,andotherfactors(Lietal.,2015;Yanetal.,2020).However,thegeneticbasisofthefreeaminoacidandvitaminCcontentsinsoybeansproutsisstillunclear. Inthisstudy,weconductedageneticanalysisofthecontentsoffreeaminoacidsandvitaminCinsoybeansproutsusingageneticmappingstrategy.WeidentifiedrelatedQTLsandcandidategenesresponsibleforthesynthesisandaccumulationoffreeaminoacidsandvitaminCinsoybeansprouts.Thisstudyprovidedatheoreticalbasisforthegeneticimprovementofsoybeansproutsinthefuture. MaterialsandMethods Plantmaterials Inthisstudy,weusedtheF2populationderivedfromthecrossbetweenasoybeancultivarwithhighfreeaminoacidandvitaminCcontentsandanothercultivarwithlowfreeaminoacidandvitaminCcontents.TheF2populationconsistedof300individuals,andtheirseedswerecollectedandstoredforfurtheranalysis. Measurementoffreeaminoacidandvit
