基于逆向工程的复杂曲面数控加工技术研究 Abstract Withthedevelopmentofdigitaltechnology,reverseengineeringandCNCtechnologyhavegraduallybecomeimportantpartsofmodernmanufacturing.Inthispaper,weexploretheresearchonCNCmachiningtechnologyforcomplexsurfacesbasedonreverseengineering.Firstly,weintroducethebasicprinciplesandworkflowsofreverseengineering,discussingthemethodsofconstructingsolidmodelsbasedonpointclouddataandsurfacereconstructionalgorithms.Secondly,weexplainthemathematicaltheoryandapplicationmethodsofCNCmachining,focusingonthepreparationofCNCprogramsandtheselectionofmachiningparameters.Thirdly,weanalyzethechallengesandsolutionsofCNCmachiningofcomplexsurfaces,suchastoolpathoptimization,deformationcontrol,surfacequalitycontrol,andsoon.Finally,severalcasestudiesarepresentedtodemonstratetheeffectivenessandpracticalityofourproposedmethodologyinreal-worldengineeringapplications. ThegoalofthispaperistoexploretheresearchonCNCmachiningtechnologyforcomplexsurfacesbasedonreverseengineering.Wewillfirstintroducethebasicprinciplesandworkflowsofreverseengineering,thendiscussthemathematicaltheoryandapplicationmethodsofCNCmachining.Afterward,thechallengesandsolutionsofCNCmachiningofcomplexsurfaceswillbeanalyzed.F
