摘要：本文旨在探讨天然免疫因子MBL（人类补体系统中的重要成分之一）和Elafin（一种抗炎分子）在HBV宫内感染过程中的作用及其水平与HBV宫内感染的相关性。通过检测孕妇和新生儿的血清中MBL、Elafin水平，我们得出结论：MBL水平在HBV宫内感染的孕妇中显著增高，而HBV感染后，MBL水平在新生儿中显著降低；Elafin水平则在HBV宫内感染的孕妇和其新生儿中均显著升高。表明MBL和Elafin的水平与HBV宫内感染关系密切。

Introduction
HBVisrecognizedasamajorpublichealthproblemworldwide.ChronicinfectionwithHBVisaleadingcauseofchronicliverdiseaseandhepatocellularcarcinoma.ThemajorityofpatientswithchronicHBVinfectionareinfectedatbirthorduringearlylife.IntrauterinetransmissionofHBVisanimportantmodeofinfectioninhighendemicareas.Somefactors,includingmaternalimmunestatus,havebeensuggestedtoplayaroleinHBVintrauterinetransmission.However,theexactmechanismsofHBVintrauterinetransmissionarenotyetfullyunderstood.
Theinnateimmunesystemisacriticalcomponentofthehost'sdefenseagainstinfectiousagents.Severalinnateimmunefactorshavebeenreportedtobeinvolvedinthepathogenesisofinfectiousdiseases.Amongthem,MBLandElafinareimportantinnateimmunefactorsthatplayacriticalroleinprotectingthehostagainstinfection.
MBLisakeycomponentofthecomplementsysteminhumans.TheroleofMBLinthedefenseagainstinfectiousagentshasbeenextensivelystudied.MBLcanrecognizeandbindtoawiderangeofpathogens,includingbacteria,viruses,andfungi.MBLcanactivatethecomplementsystemandenhancephagocytosisofthepathogenbymacrophagesandneutrophils.Elafinisamemberoftheserineproteaseinhibitorfamilyandfunctionsasananti-inflammatorymolecule.Elafinhasbeenshowntoinhibittheactivityofseveralinflammatorycytokinesandchemokines,includingIL-8,TNF-α,andMCP-1.
Inthisstudy,weinvestigatedthelevelsofMBLandElafinintheserumofpregnantwomenandtheirnewbornswithHBVintrauterineinfection.OurgoalwastodeterminetheroleofMBLandElafininthepathogenesisofHBVintrauterineinfectionandtheirpotentialasbiomarkersforHBVintrauterineinfection.
