基于VxWorks的糖厂澄清工段pH值控制器设计 Abstract Inmodernsugarmills,clarificationisacrucialprocessintheproductionofhigh-qualitysugar.ThepHvaluecontrolsystemisresponsibleforensuringthatthepHofthejuiceduringclarificationremainswithinsetparameters.ThispaperpresentsthedesignofapHvaluecontrolsystemfortheclarificationstageofasugarmillbasedonVxWorksreal-timeoperatingsystem.ThesystemcomprisesapHprobe,aprogrammablelogiccontroller,andahumanmachineinterfacewhichcommunicatethroughafieldbus.ThesoftwarecomponentsincludeVxWorkskernel,devicedrivers,acontrolalgorithm,andagraphicaluserinterface.ThesoftwarealgorithmwastestedusingasimulationmodelofthepHcontrolprocess.TheresultsshowedthatthepHvaluecontrolsystemiseffectiveinmaintainingthepHvaluewithinthespecifiedrange. Introduction Theproductionofhigh-qualitysugarrequiresprecisecontroloftheclarificationprocess.Theclarificationstageofsugarproductionisresponsibleforremovingimpuritiesfromtherawjuice.OneofthecriticalparametersintheclarificationprocessisthepHvalueofthejuice.IfthepHvalueistoohigh,thesugarmayturnyellow,andifitistoolow,theyieldmaydecrease,bothofwhichresultinareductioninthequalityofthesugarproduct.Therefore,itisessentialtomaintainthepHvalueofthejuicewithinasetrange. ThepHvaluecontrolsystemisakeycomponentoftheclarificationprocessinsugarmills.ThepHvaluecontrolsystemregulatesthepHofthejuicebyaddingacidoralkalitothejuice.Overtheyears,differentcontrolsystems,suchasproportional-integral-derivative(PID)controlsystem,havebeendesignedforpHvaluecontrolinsugarmills.However,thesecontrolsystemshavesomelimitations,suchasslowresponsetimeandlackofflexibility. TheobjectiveofthispaperistodesignandimplementapHvaluecontrolsystemfortheclarificationprocessofasugarmillbasedontheVxWorksreal-timeoperatingsystem.TheproposedcontrolsystemcomprisesapHprobe,aprogrammablelogiccontroller(PLC),andahuman-machineinterface(HMI).ThesoftwarecomponentsofthepHvaluecontrolsystemincludetheVxWorkskernel,devicedrivers,controlalgorithms,andgraphicaluserinterface.
