Introduction: Inrecentyears,thestudyofstructuralcollapseundersevereearthquakeshasgainedsignificantattentioninthefieldofearthquakeengineering.StructuralengineersneedeffectivetoolstoaccuratelypredictthebehaviorofRCframestructuresunderextremeloadingconditions.OpenSEES,anopen-sourcefiniteelementsoftwarepackage,providesapowerfulplatformforconductingadvancedstructuralsimulations.ThispaperaimstoutilizeOpenSEEStoanalyzethecontinuouscollapseofRCframestructuressubjectedtoseismicactions. Methodology: 1.StructuralModeling: ThefirststepintheanalysisistocreateanumericalmodeloftheRCframestructureusingOpenSEES.Thestructureisdiscretizedintofiniteelementsbasedonthegeometryandmaterialpropertiesofthecomponents.Thebeams,columns,andconnectingmembersaremodeledusingbeam-columnelements.Thefoundationisalsoincludedtocapturetheinteractionbetweenthestructureandthesoil. 2.MaterialProperties: ThematerialpropertiesofconcreteandreinforcementarecrucialinaccuratelysimulatingthebehaviorofanRCframestructure.Asuitableconstitutivemodelforconcrete,suchastheConcreteDeteriorationwithCracking(CDC)model,ischosentocapturethedeteriorationandcrackingofconcrete.Thereinforcementismodeledasuniaxialsteelelementswithappropriatematerialproperties. 3.LoadingConditions: SeismicloadingisappliedtotheRCframestructureusinggroundmotionrecordsobtainedfromrealearthquakeevents.Theaccelerationtime-historyisusedasinputintheanalysis.Thestructureissubje
