基于DSP的异步电机DTC通用数字控制系统设计与实现 Title:DesignandImplementationofaGeneralDigitalControlSystemforAsynchronousMotorDTCbasedonDSP Abstract: ThispaperpresentsthedesignandimplementationofageneraldigitalcontrolsystemforasynchronousmotorDirectTorqueControl(DTC)basedonDigitalSignalProcessing(DSP).Theproposedsystemaimstoimprovetheperformanceandefficiencyofasynchronousmotordrivesystemsbyutilizingtheadvantagesofreal-timedigitalcontrolalgorithmsandtheprocessingpowerofDSPs.Thekeycomponentsandfunctionalitiesofthesystemarediscussed,followedbyadetailedexplanationoftheimplementationprocess.Theexperimentalresultsdemonstratetheeffectivenessandflexibilityofthecontrolsysteminachievingprecisetorqueandfluxcontrolwhilemaintainingdynamicstabilityandrobustness. 1.Introduction Asynchronousmotorsarewidelyusedinvariousindustrialapplicationsduetotheirsimplestructure,highreliability,andcost-effectiveness.However,traditionalcontrolmethodsforasynchronousmotors,suchasscalarcontrolandvectorcontrol,exhibitlimitationsinachievinghigh-performanceandaccuratetorqueandfluxcontrol.DirectTorqueControl(DTC)isapowerfulcontrolschemethatoffersquickandaccuratetorquecontrolforasynchronousmotors.ByutilizingDTC,themotor'storqueandfluxcanbecontrolleddirectlywithouttheneedforaseparatecurrentregulator.Inrecentyears,digitalcontrolsystemsbasedonDigitalSignalProcessing(DSP)havebecomeincreasinglypopularduetotheirabilitytohandlereal-timecontrolalgorithmsandexecutecomplexcalculationswithhighprecisionandefficiency.Therefore,theintegrationofDTCandDSPcangreatlyenhancetheperformanceandefficiencyofasynchronousmotordrivesystems. 2.SystemArchitecture Theproposeddigitalcontrolsystemiscomposedofthreemaincomponents:aDSP-basedcontrolboard,powerelectronicconverters,andanasynchronousmotor.Thecontrolboardservesasthecentralprocessingunitresponsibleforreal-timeexecutionoftheDTCalgorithmandgeneratingthecontrolsignalsforthepowerconverters.Thepowerconvertersconvertthecontrolsignalsintoappropriatevoltageandcurrentwaveformstodrivetheasynchronousmotor.Th
