利用SSR分子标记分析微胚乳超高油玉米的遗传多样性 Abstract: Super-highoilcornisauniquetypeofcornthathasbeenspecificallybredforthehighoilcontentintheendosperm.Thisstudyaimedtoevaluatethegeneticdiversityofsuper-highoilcornusingSSRmolecularmarkers.Atotalof50SSRmarkerswereusedtogenotype50super-highoilcornaccessions,andtheresultsshowedthatthese50markerswerepolymorphic,withanaverageof5.8allelesperlocus.Thegeneticdiversityoftheaccessionswasfoundtobehigh,withanaveragegenediversity(He)of0.66.Adendrogramwasconstructedbasedonthegeneticsimilaritycoefficientsamongtheaccessions,whichrevealedthepresenceofthreemajorclusters.Theresultsofthisstudyprovidevaluableinformationonthegeneticdiversityofsuper-highoilcorn,whichcanbeusedforfuturebreedingprogramsandconservationefforts. Simplesequencerepeat(SSR)markersareaneffectivetoolforstudyinggeneticdiversityandpopulationstructureduetotheirhighdegreeofpolymorphism,reproducibility,andcodominance(Lietal.,2015).Inthisstudy,wegenotyped50SHOCaccessionsusing50SSRmarkerstoevaluatethegeneticdiversityofthisimportantcrop. MaterialsandMethods: Plantmaterials: FiftySHOCaccessionswereobtainedfromtheNationalMaizeImprovementCenterofChina.
