医生职业倦怠现状及其相关因素调查分析 Abstract Medicalprofessionalburnoutisagrowingproblemworldwide,affectinghealthcareprovidersofallspecialties.Thisstudyaimedtoexplorethecurrentstatusofmedicalprofessionalburnoutanditsrelatedfactors. Thestudyemployedacross-sectionaldesign,anddatawascollectedfrom350medicalprofessionalsfromdifferentspecialtiesinChina.ThestudyusedthevalidatedMaslachBurnoutInventory(MBI)toassessburnoutlevels,andtheresultswereanalyzedusingdescriptivestatistics,correlationanalysis,andmultipleregressionanalysis. Theresultsshowedthatnearlythree-quartersoftheparticipants(72.3%)wereexperiencingburnoutsymptoms,withemotionalexhaustionbeingthemostprevalentsymptom(76.0%).Themostsignificantcontributingfactorswereworkload(β=0.326,p<0.001),emotionalsupport(β=-0.189,p<0.001),andsleepquality(β=-0.112,p=0.034).Othercontributingfactorsincludedage,gender,specialty,yearsofexperience. Thefindingsofthisstudyhighlighttheneedforhealthcareorganizationstoaddresstheissueofprofessionalburnout.Strategiestoreduceworkloadandimproveemotionalsupport,suchascounselingandmentoringprograms,couldbeimplementedtoreduceburnoutlevels.Furtherresearchisneededtounderstandtheunderlyingcausesandlong-termeffectsofmedicalprofessionalburnout.
