废旧轮胎橡胶粉对再生混凝土力学特性的试验研究 摘要 废旧轮胎橡胶粉通过添加到再生混凝土中,可以有效提高再生混凝土的力学性能。在本研究中,我们对不同比例的废旧轮胎橡胶粉再生混凝土样品进行了试验。结果表明,废旧轮胎橡胶粉的加入可以显著提高再生混凝土的强度和耐久性。此外,在适当的比例下,废旧轮胎橡胶粉可以有效地填充混凝土中的孔隙,同时改善混凝土的抗裂性能。因此,将废旧轮胎橡胶粉应用于再生混凝土中是一种有效的方法,可以提高再生混凝土的可持续性。 关键词:废旧轮胎橡胶粉;再生混凝土;力学性能;可持续性 Abstract Theadditionofwastetirerubberpowdertorecycledconcretecaneffectivelyimprovethemechanicalperformanceofrecycledconcrete.Inthisstudy,wetestedrecycledconcretesampleswithdifferentproportionsofwastetirerubberpowder.Theresultsshowedthattheadditionofwastetirerubberpowdercansignificantlyimprovethestrengthanddurabilityofrecycledconcrete.Inaddition,atanappropriateproportion,wastetirerubberpowdercaneffectivelyfilltheporesintheconcrete,whileimprovingthecrackingresistanceofconcrete.Therefore,applyingwastetirerubberpowdertorecycledconcreteisaneffectivemethodthatcanimprovethesustainabilityofrecycledconcrete. Wastetirerubberpowderisatypeofrubberfillerthatisobtainedfromtherecyclingofwastetires.Fromanenvironmentalperspective,wastetirerubberpowderrecyclingcanreducetheamountoftiredebristhatisgenerated,therebyreducingenvironmentalpollution.Moreover,wastetirerubberpowderhasbeenfoundtohavegoodmechanicalpropertiesandcanbeusedtoimprovetheperformanceofconcrete. Inthisstudy,weinvestigatedtheeffectofwastetirerubberpowderonthemechanicalpropertiesofrecycledconcrete.Wetestedsamplesofrecycledconcretewithdifferentproportionsofwastetirerubberpowderandevaluatedtheirstrength,durability,andcrackingresistance. ExperimentalMethod Materials Thematerialsusedintheexperimentwereasfollows: -Recycledaggregate
