Micro-lubricationtechnologyisakindofcoolingandlubricatingmethodthatspraysasmallamountoflubricatingandcoolingoilontotheprocessingareaduringcutting.Comparedwithtraditionalcuttingfluids,micro-lubricationtechnologycanachievethesamecoolingandlubricatingeffectwithlessoilconsumption.Moreover,itcanreducethecuttingheatgenerationandtheadhesionbetweenthechipandthetool,resultinginlesstoolwearandbettersurfacequality.
