基于超声脉冲法早龄期混凝土性能研究进展 Abstract Early-ageconcreteperformanceisanimportantaspectofconcreteconstruction,asitimpactsthelong-termdurabilityandserviceabilityofstructures.Non-destructivetestingmethods,suchasultrasonicpulsevelocity,canbeusedtoevaluatetheearly-agepropertiesofconcrete.Thispaperprovidesanoverviewofthecurrentresearchontheuseofultrasonicpulsevelocity(UPV)toevaluatetheearly-ageperformanceofconcrete.Themainfocusisontheprinciples,advantages,limitations,andapplicationsofUPVtesting.ThepaperalsohighlightsthekeyfactorsinfluencingtheUPVresults,includingwatercontent,cementcontent,andcuringconditions,andprovidesrecommendationsforimprovingtheaccuracyandreliabilityofUPVtesting. Introduction Early-ageconcreteproperties,includingstrength,rheology,andplasticshrinkage,playasignificantroleinthefinalperformanceofconcretestructures,suchasdurabilityandserviceability.Understandingtheearly-agepropertiesofconcreteisthereforeessentialforensuringthelong-termperformanceofastructure.Toevaluateearly-ageconcreteproperties,anumberofnon-destructivetesting(NDT)methodsareavailable,includingultrasonicpulsevelocity(UPV),maturity,andelectricalresistance.Amongthesemethods,UPViswidelyusedduetoitssimplicity,non-destructiveness,andsensitivitytochangesinconcreteproperties. ThemainprincipleofUPVisbasedonthemeasurementofthevelocityofultrasonicpulsesthroughtheconcrete,whichisinfluencedbytheelasticpropertiesoftheconcrete,suchasitsdensityandstiffness.TheUPVtechniquecanbeusedtoestimateseveralparametersrelatedtotheearly-ageperformanceofconcrete,suchasthedegreeofhydration,strength,porosity,andcracking.Theseparametersarecrucialfactorsthatinfluencethelong-termdurabilityandserviceabilityofconcretestructures. AdvantagesandLimitationsofUPV UPVtestinghasseveraladvantagesthatmakeitafavorabletechniqueforevaluatingearly-ageconcreteproperties.Firstly,itisnon-destructive,whichmeansthatitdoesnotdamagetheconcreteorinterferewiththecuringprocess.Secondly,itisrelativelyeasytouseandgeneratesreliableresultsthatcorrelatewellwithot
