基于细观结构的沥青混合料三维重构研究 Abstract Withtheincreasingdemandforhigh-qualityasphaltpavement,itbecomesincreasinglyimportanttounderstandthemicroscopicstructureofasphaltmixtures.Inthispaper,weproposeamethodforreconstructingthethree-dimensional(3D)microstructureofasphaltmixtures,whichisbasedontheobservationofthefinestructure.Adetailedanalysisofthemicrostructuralparameters,includingthevoidcontent,asphaltcontent,andaggregategradation,wasconducted.Thefindingsofthisresearchprovidevaluableinsightsforthedesignofdurableandsustainableasphaltpavements. Introduction Asphaltmixturesarewidelyusedinroadconstructionduetotheirexcellentperformanceintermsofstability,durability,andeconomy.SustainingtheAsphaltpavementrequiresgoodcompaction,sufficientmixturecomposition,andsuitablebindertypes.Todesignabetterasphaltpavement,themicrostructuralpropertiesofasphaltmixturesshouldbebetterunderstood.Suchpropertiesincludethevoidcontent,thedistributionofaggregatesandasphaltparticles,andtheinterfacialbehavioramongthecomponents. Thetraditionalmethods,suchasscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM),opticalmicroscopy,andX-raycomputedtomography(CT),havebeenfrequentlyusedtoinvestigatethemicrostructuralcharacteristicsofasphaltmixtures.However,thesemethodsaremainlyfocusedontwo-dimensional(2D)imageanalysis.Withtheincreasingdemandforasphaltpavementqualityrequirements,understandingthethree-dimensional(3D)microstructureofasphaltmixturesbecomesincreasinglyimportant. Inthisstudy,wepresentamethodforthe3Dreconstructionofasphaltmixtures'microstructure,basedonthefinestructureobservations.Weanalyzedthemicrostructuralparameters,includingthevoidcontent,asphaltcontent,andaggregategradation,toprovidebetterunderstandingofthemicrostructuralpropertiesthataffectthemechanicalpropertiesofasphaltmixtures.
