Abstract
Theissueofcompensationforurbanhousingexpropriationisincreasinglyimportantintoday'srapidlydevelopingurbanizationprocess.Thispaperproposesanevolutionarygame-basedmechanismforthedevelopmentofurbanhousingexpropriationcompensationsystems.Thesystem'sevolutionisbasedontheinteractionsbetweengovernmentagencies,propertyowners,anddevelopers,andthetrade-offsbetweentheireconomicinterests.Weemployagame-theoreticframeworktomodeltheinteractionsbetweenthedifferentactorsintheurbanhousingexpropriationcompensationsystem.
Introduction
Urbanizationisanongoingphenomenoninmanycountries,andithasledtothedevelopmentoflargecitieswithgrowingpopulations.However,therapidurbanizationprocessofteninvolvestheexpropriationofhousing,whichisamajorissuethathasattractedconsiderablepublicattentioninrecentyears.Thehousingexpropriationprocessinvolvestheforceddisplacementofindividualsandtheirfamiliesfromtheirhomesorbusinessesforpublicinterestpurposes,suchastheconstructionofurbaninfrastructures,redevelopment,andenvironmentalprotection.Housingexpropriationisoftenacomplicatedandcontentiousprocessthatisfraughtwithlegal,financial,andsocialissues.Oneofthemostcriticalissuesinthehousingexpropriationprocessiscompensationforexpropriatedpropertyowners.Inthispaper,weaimtoexploretheevolutionarymechanismofthecompensationsystemforhousingexpropriationintheurbanizationprocessusinganevolutionarygame-theoreticapproach.

Intheliterature,therehasbeenaconsiderableamountofresearchonthecompensationmechanismforhousingexpropriation.Moststudieshavefocusedontheinstitutionaldesignofthecompensationsystemorthelegalframeworkthatgovernsit.Someresearchershavestudiedtheeconomicaspectsofthecompensationmechanism,suchasthecalculationofthecompensationamountandthemarketvalueoftheproperty.However,fewstudieshavefocusedonthegame-theoreticinteractionsbetweendifferentactorsandhowtheyaffecttheevolutionofthecompensationsystem.
