基于延迟校正扩张状态观测器的内置式永磁同步电机电流控制策略研究 Abstract: Interiorpermanentmagnetsynchronousmotorshavebeenwidelyusedinvariousindustrialfieldsduetotheirexcellentefficiencyanddynamicperformance.However,theprecisecontrolofthemotorcurrentisstillachallengingtaskduetothenonlinearityanduncertaintyofthemotorsystem.Inthispaper,anovelcurrentcontrolstrategybasedonthedelayedstateobserverwithcorrectionexpansionisproposedtoachieveaccuratecurrenttrackingforinteriorpermanentmagnetsynchronousmotors.Theproposedcontrolstrategyisvalidatedbysimulationresultsandexperimentsona2.2kWinteriorpermanentmagnetsynchronousmotor. Introduction: Interiorpermanentmagnetsynchronousmotors(IPMSMs)havebeenincreasinglyusedinvariousindustrialfieldsduetotheirhighefficiency,highpowerdensity,andexcellentdynamicperformance.TheaccuratecontrolofthemotorcurrentisessentialforthestableandefficientoperationofIPMSMs.AtypicalcontrolstrategyforIPMSMsisthefield-orientedcontrol(FOC)method,wherethemotorcurrentistransformedintoarotatingreferenceframetoachievedecouplingbetweenthetorqueandflux.However,theFOCmethodreliesontheaccuratemeasurementofmotorparameters,whichisdifficulttoachieveinpracticeduetothevariationsinmotorparameterscausedbytemperature,aging,andmanufacturingtolerances. ToovercomethelimitationsoftheFOCmethod,variousobserver-basedcontrolstrategieshavebeenproposedforIPMSMs.Theobserver-basedcontrolstrategiesuseanobservertoestimatetheunmeasuredoruncertainmotorstates,andthendesignthecontrollawbasedontheestimatedstates.Theobserver-basedcontrolstrategieshaveadvantagessuchasrobustnesstoparametervariationsanddisturbancerejection.However,theobserverdesignforIPMSMsisachallengingtaskduetothenonlinearanduncertaindynamicsofthemotorsystem,whichmakestheobserverconvergenceandestimationaccuracydifficulttoguarantee.
