基于混合遗传算法的红兴隆分局水资源优化配置 Abstract Waterresourceoptimizationconfigurationisacrucialissueforthesustainabledevelopmentofcommunities.Inthispaper,weproposeahybridgeneticalgorithmforoptimizingthewaterresourceconfigurationoftheHongxinglongsub-bureau.Thealgorithmcombinestheadvantagesoftwodifferentapproaches,i.e.,geneticalgorithmandparticleswarmoptimization.First,thealgorithmusesthegeneticalgorithmtoselectthebestpopulationsolutions,andthen,theselectedsolutionsareinputintotheparticleswarmoptimizationmethodtoimprovetheirquality.TheproposedalgorithmwastestedonarealdatasetfromHongxinglong'swaterresourceproject.Theexperimentalresultsshowsignificantimprovementinthequalityofsolutionscomparedtoconventionalalgorithms.TheresearchcontributestotheefficientdistributionandoptimaluseofwaterresourcesinHongxinglongandcanbereplicatedinothersimilarregions. Introduction Waterresourcemanagementisavitalissueforthesustainabledevelopmentofcommunities.Withtheincreasingdemandforwaterduetopopulationgrowthandeconomicdevelopment,waterconservationhasbecomeacriticalchallengeglobally.InChina,thewatercrisisissevere,asthecountry'spercapitawaterresourcesareonlyaquarteroftheworld'saverage.ThepressureonwaterresourcesinChinahasledtostrictregulationsandpoliciesforefficientuseandconservationofwater.Therefore,waterresourceoptimizationconfigurationiscriticaltothedevelopmentofChina'seconomyandecosystems. Hongxinglongisacriticalsub-bureauinnortheastChina'sDaqingCity,whichneedstooptimizeitswaterresourceallocationtomeetthewaterdemandsoflocalresidents,aswellassupportlocalindustries.Thesub-bureau'swatersupplycomesmainlyfromtheDam,soefficientmanagementoftheresourceiscrucialtopreventdepletionofthesupply.ThecurrentwatersupplyconfigurationinHongxinglongsub-bureauisnotefficient,andtherearefrequentshortagesandleakages.Thus,thereisaneedforanoptimizedwaterconfigurationsystemtooptimizethewatersupplyconfiguration,reducesystemlosses,andenhancethewaternetwork'sefficiency.
