基于ANSYS的桁架式桥梁检测车伸缩臂的结构优化设计 Abstract Bridgesareimportantinfrastructurethatconnectregions,cities,andcountries.Theintegrityandsafetyofbridgesarevitalforthetravelingpublicandtheeconomy.Structuralhealthmonitoring(SHM)andnon-destructivetesting(NDT)techniquesarewidelyadoptedtoassesstheconditionofbridges.Inthispaper,aframeworkofoptimizingthestructureoftheboomofabridgeinspectionvehicleisproposed,usingANSYSsoftware.Theobjectiveistominimizethemassoftheboomandmaintaintherequiredstiffnessandstrength.Thedesignprocessinvolvesfiniteelementanalysis(FEA)andtopologyoptimization,withvariousboundaryconditionsandloadingscenariosconsidered. Introduction Bridgeinspectionvehicles(BIVs)arespecializedequipmentforbridgemaintenancetasks,includinginspection,cleaning,andpainting.AtypicalBIVconsistsofachassis,aboom,abasket,andothersubsystems.Theboomisacriticalcomponentthatprovidesthereachandstabilityofthebasket,whichcarriestheoperatorsandinstruments.TheboomusuallyhasmultiplesegmentsthatcanextendandretracttoadjustthelengthandheightoftheBIV.Theboomalsoneedstowithstandtheforcesfromwind,gravity,andaccelerationduringoperation.Therefore,thedesignoftheboommustmeettherequirementsofstrength,stiffness,andweight.Inthispaper,wefocusonthestructuraloptimizationoftheboomusingANSYS. Methodology Theproposedmethodologyincludesthreesteps:modeling,FEA,andtopologyoptimization. Modeling:TheboomismodeledusingSolidWorks,acomputer-aideddesign(CAD)software.Themodelincludesthegeometry,materialproperties,andboundaryconditionsoftheboom.TheboomisassumedtobemadeofAluminumalloy6061-T6,withadensityof2.7g/cm^3andYoung'smodulusof68.9GPa.Theboomissegmentedintothreeparts,eachwithavaryingdiameterandlength.Thesegmentsareconnectedbyjointsthatallowtheboomtobendandrotate.Thejointsaremodeledaspinnedsupports,whichcantransmitforcesbutnotmoments.TheBIVisassumedtobeoperatedonahorizontalsurface,andtheboomisfixedtothechassisatoneendandfreeattheotherend.
