摘要

本文首先介绍了智能建筑和BIM与物联网的交互发展技术的概念和特点，然后探讨了智能建筑中的BIM与物联网的应用。具体地，本文从BIM技术在智能建筑设计方面的应用入手，分别讨论了模型生成、信息管理和属性查询等方面的内容。接着，本文介绍了物联网技术在智能建筑方面的应用，包括智能家居、能源管理等方面。最后，本文总结了BIM和物联网技术在智能建筑中的应用优势，并提出在未来可以开发和升级智能建筑控制系统，结合激光雷达等技术，达到更高的自动化水平。

Abstract
Smartbuildingisanimportantbuildingfieldinthe21stcentury,providingagoodplatformforachievinglow-carbon,sustainableandintelligentgoals.Traditionalbuildingconstructionhasproblemssuchasinformationasymmetry,lackofinformationintegration,anddifficultyinsourcetracing,andthereisgreatpotentialfordevelopmentininformationconstruction.TheinteractivedevelopmenttechnologyofBIMandtheInternetofThingsisasolutiontotheproblemofthedifficultyofsourcetracingintraditionalbuildings,improvingthedegreeofinformationintegrationandbuildingintelligence,makingsmartbuildingsmoreefficient,sustainable,andintelligent.
ThispaperfirstintroducestheconceptandcharacteristicsofsmartbuildingsandtheinteractivedevelopmenttechnologyofBIMandtheInternetofThings,andthenexplorestheapplicationofBIMandtheInternetofThingsinsmartbuildings.Specifically,thispaperdiscussestheapplicationofBIMtechnologyinsmartbuildingdesign,includingmodelgeneration,informationmanagementandattributequery.Then,thispaperintroducestheapplicationofInternetofThingstechnologyinsmartbuildings,includingsmarthome,energymanagement,etc.Finally,thispapersummarizestheadvantagesoftheapplicationofBIMandtheInternetofThingstechnologyinsmartbuildings,andproposesthatinthefuture,smartbuildingcontrolsystemscanbedevelopedandupgraded,combinedwithtechnologiessuchaslidar,toachieveahigherlevelofautomation.
