冷三连轧3104罐体料终轧温度的研究 Abstract Inrecentyears,thedemandforaluminumcanshascontinuedtoincrease.Thequalityofcanbodymaterialsdirectlyaffectstheperformanceofthecans.Asaresult,theresearchontherollingtemperatureofcold-rolled3104canbodymaterialshasattractedwidespreadattention.Inthispaper,weinvestigatetheeffectofthefinalrollingtemperatureonthemicrostructureandmechanicalpropertiesofcold-rolled3104canbodymaterials.Theresultsshowedthattheoptimalfinalrollingtemperatureforthematerialwas250℃,whichcouldeffectivelyimprovethemechanicalpropertiesofthematerialwhilemaintainingagoodmicrostructure. ExperimentalProcedure Thematerialusedintheexperimentwas3104aluminumalloysheetwithathicknessof0.5mm,whichwasproducedbycontinuouscastingandrolling.Thesheetwascold-rolledtoathicknessof0.3mmatvariousfinalrollingtemperaturesof200℃,250℃,300℃,and350℃.Themicrostructureandmechanicalpropertiesofthespecimenswereinvestigatedbyopticalmicroscopy,scanningelectronmicroscopy,X-raydiffraction,andtensiletests.
