历史文化村镇水环境保护研究进展(英文) ResearchProgressonWaterEnvironmentConservationinHistoricalandCulturalVillagesandTowns Abstract Inrecentyears,economicdevelopmenthasledtorapidurbanizationandindustrialization,whichhasalsobroughtaboutsevereenvironmentalproblems.Ruralareas,especiallyhistoricalandculturalvillagesandtowns,arenotimmunetothenegativeimpactsofenvironmentaldegradation.Topromotethesustainabledevelopmentofhistoricalandculturalvillagesandtownsandtheconservationoftheirwaterenvironment,extensiveresearchandpracticalactionsareurgentlyneeded.Inthispaper,wereviewtheprogressintheresearchonwaterenvironmentconservationinhistoricalandculturalvillagesandtowns. Introduction Historicalandculturalvillagesandtowns,withtheiruniqueculturalheritageandbeautifulnaturallandscapes,arenotonlyimportanttouristdestinationsbutalsovitalculturalandsocialassetsofChina.Thesevillagesandtownsalsoplaycrucialrolesinthecountry'sagriculturalandecologicalsystems.However,witheconomicdevelopment,industrialization,andurbanization,thewaterenvironmentintheseareashasbeendegraded.Problemssuchaswaterpollution,scarcity,andinefficientusehaveemerged,resultinginseriousthreatstothesustainabilityofthesevillagesandtowns. Toconservethewaterenvironment,manystudieshavebeenconductedtoidentifythecurrentsituation,exploretheunderlyingcauses,andproposeeffectivemeasures.Throughreviewingtheexistingliterature,thispaperaimstosummarizetheresearchprogressonwaterenvironmentconservationinhistoricalandculturalvillagesandtowns,focusingonpollutionprevention,waterresourcemanagement,andthepromotionofsustainabledevelopment. PollutionPrevention Pollutionpreventionmeasuresareessentialforprotectingthewaterenvironmentinhistoricalandculturalvillagesandtowns.Thesourcesofpollutionintheseareasarevaried,includingdomesticsewage,agriculturalrunoff,industrialdischarge,andtourismactivities.Inresponsetothesepollutionsources,numerousstudieshaveproposedfeasiblepreventionstrategies.
