Introduction: Theslipbehaviorofsteel-concretecolumnsunderlow-cyclerepeatedloadingisanimportantissueinseismicdesignandassessmentofstructures.Inrecentyears,researchershaveconductednumerousexperimentalstudiesontheslipbehaviorofsteel-concretecolumnssubjectedtovariousloadingconditions.However,mostoftheresearchhasfocusedonthecyclicbehaviorofcolumnsundermonotonicorconstantamplitudeloadingandlittleattentionhasbeenpaidtotheeffectofloadingamplitudeontheslipbehaviorofthecolumnsunderlow-cycleloading. Inthisstudy,weconductedaseriesoftestsonsteel-concretecolumnstoinvestigatetheeffectofloadingamplitudeontheslipbehaviorofthecolumns.Themainobjectiveofthispaperistopresenttheresultsoftheexperimentalstudyandanalyzetheinfluenceofthesteelratio,slabthickness,andloadingamplitudeontheslipbehaviorofthecolumns. ExperimentalProgram: Inthisstudy,6specimensofsteel-concretecolumnswerefabricatedwithdifferentsteelratiosandslabthicknesses.Thedimensionsofthecolumnswere200mm×200mm×2000mm,andtheslabthicknesseswere20mm,30mm,and40mm.Thesteelratiosofthespecimenswere1.0%,1.5%,and2.0
