仙客来栽培基质筛选研究 Introduction Plantgrowthmediaareimportantinplantcultivationastheyprovidetheessentialnutrientsandsupportfortherootsoftheplants.Amongthedifferenttypesofplantgrowthmediaavailable,substrateorsoillessmediaaregainingpopularityduetotheirnumerousbenefitsovertraditionalsoil-basedmedia.Substrate-basedmediaaremadeupofinorganicandorganiccomponentsthatprovideanidealenvironmentforrootgrowthandnutrientuptake.TheaimofthisstudywastoevaluatethegrowthofChinesecabbageindifferentsubstrate-basedmediaandselectthemostsuitablesubstrateforoptimalgrowth. MaterialsandMethods Tocarryoutthisstudy,thefollowingexperimentalmaterialswereanalyzed: -Chinesecabbage(Brassicarapavar.chinensis)seeds -Fourdifferentsubstrate-basedmedia,includingCocoPeat(CP),Peatmoss(PM),Vermiculite(VE),andPerlite(PE) -MeasuringinstrumentssuchaspHmeter,electricalconductivity(EC)meter,andtemperaturegauge -Pottingcontainerswithacapacityof1L -Fertilizer Theseedsweresownusingaseedlingtrayfilledwiththedifferentsubstrate-basedmediaandkeptinagreenhousewithatemperaturerangeof25-30°C.Seedlingswerewateredeverydaytomaintaintherequiredmoisturelevel.Afterthreeweeksofgermination,theseedlingsweretransplantedinto1Lpottingcontainerswiththedifferentsubstrate-basedmedia,whichwerepre-mixedwithfertilizer.Theexperimentwasarrangedinarandomizedcompleteblockdesignwiththreereplicatesforeachtreatment. Measurementsofplantgrowthparameters,includingplantheight,shootweight,rootweight,andstemthickness,wererecordedat6,9,and12weeksaftertransplantation.ThepHandEClevelsofthedifferentsubstrate-basedmediaweremonitoredweeklytoensurethattheyremainedwithintheappropriaterangeforplantgrowth. Results Theplantgrowthparameters,includingplantheight,shootweight,rootweight,andstemthickness,weresignificantlyaffectedbythedifferentsubstrate-basedmediaused.At6weeks,theplantsgrowninCPhadthehighestplantheight(7.3cm),followedbyplantsgrowninPM(6.8cm),VE(6.3cm),andPE(4.5cm).At9weeks,theplantsgrowninCPhadthehighestshootweight(3.6g),followedbyPM(3.2g),VE(2.9g),andPE(2.1g)
