Thepurposeofthispaperistoexploretheimpactofpriceandexchangeratefluctuationsoncapitalflowanditsmechanism.Theresearchmethodsofthispapermainlyincludetheoreticalanalysisandstatisticalanalysis.Thetheoreticalanalysispartmainlyusesthetheoryofcapitalflowandtheimpactofpriceandexchangeratefluctuationsoncapitalflow,whilethestatisticalanalysispartusesrelevantdatatoanalyzetheimpactofpriceandexchangeratefluctuationsoncapitalflow. Theimpactofpricefluctuationsoncapitalflow Pricefluctuationscanaffectcapitalflowthroughvariouschannels.Theimpactofpricefluctuationsoncapitalflowcanbeexaminedfromtwoaspects:productionfactorsandtradefactors. Productionfactors Whenthedomesticpricelevelrises,theproductioncostofdomesticenterpriseswillincrease,whichwillreducethecompetitivenessofdomesticproductsintheinternationalmarket.Therefore,domesticenterpriseswillreduceinvestmentandexpandtheirproductionscaleoverseas,resultinginmorecapitaloutflows.Conversely,whenthedomesticpricelevelfalls,theproductioncostofdomesticenterpriseswilldecrease,whichwillincreasethecompetitivenessofdomesticproductsintheinternationalmarket.Therefore,foreigninvestorsaremorewillingtoinvestindomesticenterprises,resultinginmorecapitalinflows.
