BIM技术在工业化PC建筑深化设计中的应用研究 Abstract ThetechnologyofBuildingInformationModeling(BIM)hasrevolutionizedtheconstructionindustryandhasmadesignificantimprovementsintermsofefficiency,costreduction,andaccuracy.IntheeraofIndustrializedPrefabricatedConstruction(IPC),theapplicationofBIMtechnologycanplayavitalroleindeepeningthedesignprocess.ThispaperaimstoexploretheapplicationofBIMtechnologyconcerningdeepeningthedesignprocessinIPC.ThepaperreviewstheliteraturerelevanttoIPCandBIMtechnology.ItdiscussestheadvantagesofapplyingBIMtechnologyindeepeningdesigninIPCandhighlightsthechallengesthatmustbeaddressedwhileintegratingBIMintheIPAprocess.ThepaperconcludesthattheapplicationofBIMtechnologyindeepeningthedesignstagecangreatlyenhancetheeffectivenessandefficiencyofIPC.However,theintegrationofBIMtechnologytotheIPAprocessrequiresastandardizationframework,continuouseducation,andtrainingoftheworkforceandcollaborationbetweenstakeholders.
