CFRP约束高温后混凝土力学性能试验研究 Abstract ThispaperpresentsanexperimentalinvestigationonthemechanicalpropertiesofconcreteconfinedbyCarbon-fiber-reinforced-polymer(CFRP)athightemperature.ThetestingprograminvolvedcastingandtestingofseveralseriesofconcretespecimenswithdifferentlevelsofCFRPconfinementandexposedtoelevatedtemperature.Themechanicalpropertiesoftheconfinedconcreteincludingcompressivestrength,modulusofelasticityandstraincapacitywereevaluatedandcomparedwiththoseofunconfinedspecimens.TheresultsshowthatCFRPconfinementsignificantlyimprovesthemechanicalpropertiesofconcrete,particularlyathightemperature.ThegainsinmechanicalpropertiesareattributedtotheconfinementeffectofCFRPthatrestrainsthelateralexpansionandcrackingofconcreteathightemperature.TheresearchfindingsprovideusefulinsightsintotheapplicationofCFRPforimprovingconcretestructuralperformanceunderhightemperatureconditions. Introduction Concreteiswidelyusedinconstructionduetoitshighstrength,durabilityandlowcost.However,concreteexhibitssignificantreductioninmechanicalpropertieswhenexposedtoelevatedtemperatures.Thehightemperaturecausesthedegradationofconcretematrixandthelossofstrengthandstiffness.Thisinturnleadstoprematurefailureofconcretestructuresunderfireorhightemperatureconditions.Therefore,thereisaneedtoimprovetheperformanceofconcreteathightemperature.OneeffectivesolutionistouseexternalreinforcementintheformofCFRPconfinement. CFRPisatypeofcompositematerialcomposedofcarbonfibersandpolymermatrix.Ithashighstrength-to-weightratio,corrosionresistance,andexcellentdurability.CFRPhasbeenwidelyusedtoenhancethemechanicalpropertiesofconcretestructuresbywrappingtheconcretewithCFRPsheetsortubes.TheconfinementeffectofCFRPhasbeenshowntoeffectivelyincreasethestrength,ductility,andenergyabsorptioncapacityofconcreteundernormaltemperatureconditions. However,theperformanceofCFRP-confinedconcreteathightemperaturehasnotbeenwellstudied
