GTAW耦合模型数值模拟研究进展 摘要 钨极氩弧焊(GTAW)是一种常见的焊接工艺,具有高质量、高效率、高稳定性等优点。随着计算机技术的进步,数值模拟方法在焊接工艺中得到广泛应用。本文综述了近年来GTAW焊接过程的数值模拟研究进展,包括耦合模型的发展、数值模拟方法的选择和实验验证等方面。结果表明,通过耦合多物理场模型,可以更准确地模拟GTAW焊接过程,预测焊缝的质量和性能。同时,需要注意选择合适的数值模拟方法和参数,以保证模拟结果的可靠性和准确性。未来,GTAW焊接过程的数值模拟研究还需进一步拓展,以适应不同焊接材料和工艺条件的需求。 关键词:GTAW;耦合模型;数值模拟;焊缝质量;实验验证 Introduction GTAWisacommonlyusedweldingprocess,whichusesatungstenelectrodetoproduceanelectricarcformeltingthemetalworkpiecetoformaweld.Duetoitshighquality,highefficiencyandhighstability,GTAWhasbeenwidelyusedinvariousindustriessuchasaerospace,automobileandshipbuilding.However,thequalityandperformanceoftheweldjointareaffectedbymanyfactors,suchastheweldingparameters,thematerialpropertiesandtheambientconditions.Therefore,itisnecessarytodevelopareliableandaccuratenumericalsimulationmethodtopredicttheweldingprocessandoptimizetheweldingparameters. Inrecentyears,thecouplingmodelhasbecomeanimportantresearchtopicinthefieldofnumericalsimulationofweldingprocess.Thecouplingmodelcanconsidermultiplephysicalfieldssuchasheattransfer,fluidflow,electromagneticfield,andmechanicaldeformationduringtheweldingprocess,whichisclosertotheactualweldingprocessandcanprovidemoreaccuratepredictionresults.Inaddition,theselectionofnumericalsimulationmethodsandtheexperimentalverificationofthesimulationresultsarealsoimportantfactorstoensurethereliabilityandaccuracyofthesimulation. Inthispaper,wewillreviewtherecentresearchprogressofnumericalsimulationofGTAWweldingprocess,includingthedevelopmentofcouplingmodels,theselectionofnumericalsimulationmethods,andtheexperimentalverificationofsimulationresults.Throughthisreview,wehopetoprovideareferenceforresearchersandengineerstobetterunderstandandapplynumericalsimulationmethodsinGTAWweldingprocess. DevelopmentofCouplingModels Thecouplingmodelisamathematicalmodelthatcombinesmultiplephysicalfieldsinvolvedintheweldingprocess,anditsdevelopmentisoneofthehottopicsinthefieldofnumericalsimulationofweldingprocess.Thecouplingmodelcandescribetheinteractionandfeedbackbetweendiff
