MCrAlY高温防护涂层界面扩散行为研究进展(英文) ResearchProgressonInterfaceDiffusionBehaviorofMCrAlYHigh-TemperatureProtectiveCoatings Abstract MCrAlYcoatingsarewidelyusedasprotectivebarriersagainsthigh-temperaturecorrosionandwearinadvancedgasturbines.However,theinterdiffusionbehaviorofMCrAlYcoatingsandtheirsubstrates,particularlyinelevated-temperatureenvironments,remainsachallengingandcriticalissueaffectingthereliabilityandservicelifeofthecoatings.ThispaperreviewsthecurrentresearchprogressoninterfacediffusionbehaviorofMCrAlYcoatings,includingdiffusionmechanisms,factorsaffectingdiffusionkinetics,andcharacterizationtechniques.Furthermore,thechallengesandfutureperspectivesofthisresearchfieldareaddressed. Introduction MCrAlY(M=Ni,Co,oracombination)coatingsareextensivelyutilizedasprotectivebarriersagainsthigh-temperaturecorrosionandwearinadvancedgasturbineengines,aswellasotherharshenvironmentssuchaschemicalplantsandnuclearreactors.Theyareoftenappliedbythermalspraytechniquessuchasplasmaspraying,high-velocityoxyfuelspraying,andairplasmasprayingduetotheirexcellenthigh-temperatureoxidationresistance,thermalstability,andmechanicalproperties.Moreover,thetopcoatlayerofthermalbarriercoatingsusedingasturbinesisusuallyMCrAlY-basedcoatings,whichprovideenhanceddurabilityandheatinsulation. However,theinterdiffusionbehaviorbetweenMCrAlYcoatingsandtheirsubstratesisacrucialfactorthatrestrictstheirmechanicalandoxidationresistanceperformancesinelevated-temperatureenvironments.Interfacediffusionleadstotheformationofintermetalliccompounds,whichcanseverelydegradetheadhesionstrengthofthecoatingandcompromisethehigh-temperaturecorrosionresistance.Therefore,understandingtheinterdiffusionbehaviorofMCrAlYcoatingsisessentialforimprovingtheirreliabilityandservicelife. DiffusionMechanismsofMCrAlYCoatings ThediffusionmechanismofMCrAlYcoatingsmainlydependsonthemetallurgicalpropertiesoftheirsubstrates.Generally,interdiffusionoccursduetolatticediffusion,grainboundarydiffusion,and/orsurfacediffusion.Latticediffusionreferstot
