Introduction Industrialbuildingshavebecomeanessentialpartofmodernsociety.Industrialbuildings,suchasfactories,plants,andwarehouses,areusuallylarge-scaleandcomplexconstructionprojects.Duringtheconstructionprocess,itisnecessarytoconsideravarietyoffactorstoensuretheefficientandsafeoperationofthebuilding.ThepromotionofBuildingInformationModeling(BIM)technologyhassignificantlyimprovedthemanagementofindustrialbuildingconstructionprojects.Inthispaper,weanalyzetheapplicationofBIMtechnologyinindustrialbuildingconstructionmanagementfromtheaspectsofdesign,construction,andmanagement. AdvantagesofBIMTechnologyinIndustrialBuildingConstruction BIMtechnologyisarevolutionarytechnologyintheconstructionindustry.BIMtechnologymakesitpossibletocreateavirtual3Dmodelofthebuilding,whichcanbeusedthroughouttheentireconstructionprocess.Thismodelincludesalltheessentialinformation,suchasbuildingmaterials,equipment,andlayout,whichcanbeusedtomanagetheconstructionprocessefficiently. BIMtechnologycanimprovethequalityofindustrialbuildingconstructionmanagementinmanyways.Firstly,BIMtechnologyprovidesapreciseandcompletemodelofthebuilding,whichcanimprovetheaccuracyofconstructionplans.Secondly,BIMtechnologycansimulatetheconstructionprocess,whichcanhelptoidentifyandresolvepotentialproblemsbeforetheyoccur.Thirdly,BIMtechnologycancoordinatetheworkofdifferentcontractorsandsubcontractors,whichcanimprovetheoverallmanagementoftheconstruct
