Introduction Smallandmedium-sizedenterprises(SMEs)arecrucialdriversofeconomicgrowthandjobcreationinbothdevelopedanddevelopingcountries.Despitetheirsignificantcontributions,SMEsoftenfacechallengeswhentheyattempttoexpandandcompeteinglobalmarkets.InternationalizationisoftencomplexandcostlyforSMEsduetolimitedresources,insufficientknowledge,andunstablemarketconditions.Therefore,manySMEschoosetocollaborateandformindustrialclusterstoenhancetheircompetitiveness. Anindustrialclusterisageographicallyproximategroupofcompaniesandrelatedinstitutionsthatcooperateandcompeteinaparticulareconomicsector.Industrialclustersareconsideredtobeacriticalforceinpromotingthecompetitivenessoffirmsthrougheconomiesofscale,scope,andagglomeration.TheyareexpectedtoprovideSMEswithaccesstovariousresources,information,andknowledgethatenhancetheircompetitiveness.Thispaperexaminestheimpactofindustrialclusters'competitivenessonSMEs'internationalization.
