SBS改性沥青现场加工参数优化及性能研究 摘要: 本文以SBS改性沥青现场施工为研究对象,通过对不同加工参数的调整和优化来改善沥青混合料的性能。通过对实验室制备和现场施工的沥青混合料进行性能测试,研究得出了不同加工参数下沥青混合料的物理和力学性能表现,并对其原因进行了分析。同时,本文对现场施工中填料温度、SBS改性沥青的粘度、搅拌时间和质量等关键参数进行了探讨。研究结果表明,适度调整和优化加工参数能够显著改善沥青混合料的物理力学性能,提高其抗水性和耐久性。 关键词: SBS改性沥青,沥青混合料,加工参数,物理力学性能 Abstract: Thispaperfocusesontheon-siteprocessingandoptimizationofdifferentparametersinSBSmodifiedasphalt,inordertoimprovetheperformanceofasphaltmixtures.Throughperformancetestingoflaboratorypreparedandon-siteinstalledasphaltmixtures,thephysicalandmechanicalpropertiesunderdifferentprocessingparameterswerestudied,andthereasonswereanalyzed.Atthesametime,thispaperdiscussesthekeyparameterssuchasfillertemperature,viscosityofSBSmodifiedasphalt,mixingtimeandqualityduringon-siteconstruction.Theresearchresultsshowthatmoderateadjustmentandoptimizationofprocessingparameterscansignificantlyimprovethephysicalandmechanicalpropertiesofasphaltmixtures,andenhancetheirwaterresistanceanddurability.
