丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯乳液的合成研究 摘要: 丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯乳液是一种新型的高分子材料,在众多领域具有广泛应用前景。本文以甲基丙烯酸酯、乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯为原料,采用溶液聚合和乳液聚合两种方法合成了丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯。以四甲基铵盐为离子型表面活性剂证明了其高分散性和稳定性。表征结果表明:改性水性聚氨酯乳液具有较好的乳化性能和水性离子弹性固体颗粒形态,为高品质的新型水性涂料提供了可能。 关键词:丙烯酸酯,水性聚氨酯,乳液合成,离子型表面活性剂 Introduction Waterbornepolyurethane(WPU)coatingshavebeengainingattentionbecauseoftheireco-friendliness,lowVOCemissions,andhighperformanceproperties.However,WPUcoatingshaveinsufficientmoistureresistance,mechanicalproperties,andchemicalresistance.Toimprovetheseproperties,variousmodifiershavebeendeveloped,andacrylicacid(AA)isapromisingmodifierwithhighcompatibilityandreactivitywithWPU.Inthisstudy,AA-modifiedWPUemulsionwassynthesizedviatwomethods:solutionpolymerizationandemulsionpolymerization.Thepropertiesoftheemulsionswerecharacterizedandevaluated. ExperimentalSection Materials AA(Sigma-Aldrich),ethyleneglycoldimethacrylate(EGDMA,AcrosOrganics),isophoronediisocyanate(IPDI,Sigma-Aldrich),dibutyltindilaurate(DBTDL,Sigma-Aldrich),andpolyethyleneglycol400(PEG400,Sigma-Aldrich)wereusedasreceived.Deionizedwater(DIwater)wasusedthroughouttheexperiment. Synthesis AA-modifiedWPUemulsionsweresynthesizedviasolutionpolymerizationandemulsionpolymerization.Insolutionpolymerization,AAandEGDMAwereaddedtoDIwaterandstirredfor15min.Then,IPDIinPEG400andDBTDLwereaddeddropwisetothemixtureundernitrogenatroomtemperature.Themixturewasstirredfor6hat70°Cuntilaclearsolutionwasobtained.Inemulsionpolymerization,AAandEGDMAwereaddedtoDIwaterandstirredfor15min.Then,IPDIinPEG400,DBTDL,andanionicorcationicsurfactantswereaddeddropwisetothemixtureundernitrogenatroomtemperature.Themixturewasstirredfor6hat70°Cuntilastableemulsionwasobtained.Theemulsionswerecooledtoroomtemperatureandfilteredthroughanylonmesh. Characterization Theemulsionswerecharacterizedbyparticlesizeanalysis,zetapotential,Fouriertransforminfrared(FTIR)spectroscopy,andthermalgravimetricanalysis(TGA).Theviscosityandsolidscontentoftheemulsionsweremeasuredbyaviscometerandrefractometer,respectively. Resultsand
