Zn-Fe合金镀层及其钝化膜耐蚀性研究 Abstract: Zn-Fealloycoatingshavegainedsignificantattentioninrecentyearsduetotheirexcellentcorrosionresistanceandpotentialapplicationsinvariousindustries.ThisstudyaimstoinvestigatethecorrosionresistanceofZn-Fealloycoatingsandtheirpassivationfilms.ThecompositionandstructureofthecoatingswereanalyzedusingX-raydiffraction(XRD),scanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM),andenergy-dispersiveX-rayspectroscopy(EDS).Thecorrosionresistanceofthecoatingswasevaluatedthroughpotentiodynamicpolarizationandelectrochemicalimpedancespectroscopy(EIS)tests.TheresultsshowedthattheZn-FealloycoatingsexhibitedimprovedcorrosionresistancecomparedtopureZncoatings.Additionally,thepassivationfilmsformedontheZn-Fealloycoatingsprovidedenhancedprotectionagainstcorrosion.ThemechanismsunderlyingthecorrosionresistanceofZn-Fealloycoatingsandtheformationofpassivationfilmswerediscussed.Overall,Zn-Fealloycoatingswithappropriatecompositionsandoptimizedpassivationfilmsholdgreatpotentialforcorrosionprotectioninvariousapplications. 1.Introduction Corrosionofmetallicmaterialsisasignificantissueforvariousindustries,causingsignificanteconomiclossesandmaterialdegradation.Therefore,thedevelopmentofcorrosion-resistantcoatingsisofutmostimportance.Zinc-basedcoatingshavebeenwidelyusedduetotheirexcellentcorrosionresistanceandcost-effectiveness.However,purezinccoatingshavelimitationsintermsofcorrosionresistanceinaggressiveenvironments.Toovercometheselimitations,alloyingzincwithothermetals,suchasiron,hasbeenexploredtoenhancethecorrosionresistanceofthecoatings.TheadditionofirontozinccreatesaZn-Fealloycoating,whichexhibitsimprovedcorrosionresistancecomparedtopurezinccoatings.Furthermore,thepassivationfilmsformedonZn-Fealloycoatingsplayacrucialroleinprovidingadditionalprotectionagainstcorrosion. 2.ExperimentalMethods 2.1Coatingpreparation Zn-Fealloycoatingswerepreparedusingtheelectroplatingmethod.ThecompositionoftheZn-Fealloycoatingswasvariedbyadjustingtheconcentrationofironintheplatingbath.Thecoatingsweredepositedo
