SOI基光耦合器与二维光子晶体研究 Abstract Silicon-on-insulator(SOI)basedopto-couplersandtwo-dimensional(2D)photoniccrystals(PCs)aretwoimportantfieldsinphotonics.Inthispaper,wereviewrecentdevelopmentsintheseareas.WebeginbydiscussingthebasicsofSOIbasedopto-couplers,includingtheirdesign,fabrication,andperformance.WethendiscusstheadvantagesanddisadvantagesoftwodifferenttypesofSOIopto-couplers,namely,waveguideandsurfacecouplingtypes.WehighlightrecentresearchinvolvingSOI-basedopto-couplers,includingtheiruseinsensingandcommunicationapplications.Wethenmoveonto2DPCs,whichareperiodicstructuresconsistingofaregulararrayofdielectricmaterialswithperiodicityonthescaleofthewavelengthoflight.Wediscussthepropertiesof2DPCs,includinghowtheirbandstructureisaffectedbyfactorssuchasstructureandgeometry.Wealsohighlightrecentresearchon2DPCs,includinghowtheyarebeingusedinvariousapplications,suchassensing,filtering,andcommunication.Finally,weconcludewithsomethoughtsonthefuturedirectionsofresearchintheseareas.
