ThismidtermreportaimstoanalyzethecurrentsituationofprofessionaldevelopmentofEnglishteachersinvocationalcolleges,andproposestrategiestoimprovetheirprofessionaldevelopment.ThestudyisexpectedtocontributetothedevelopmentofEnglisheducationinvocationalcollegesandtheimprovementofthequalityofvocationaleducationinChina.
