铝-钢脉冲旁路耦合电弧MIG焊接头组织及性能研究 Title:StudyonMicrostructureandPropertiesofAluminum-SteelPulse-MIGWeldingJointwithArcBypassCoupling Abstract: Aluminumandsteelaretwowidelyusedmaterialsinvariousindustries.Joiningthesetwomaterialsthroughweldingcanprovidesignificantbenefits,butitalsopresentschallengesduetothesignificantdifferencesintheirphysicalandmetallurgicalproperties.Inthisstudy,themicrostructureandpropertiesofaluminum-steelpulse-MIGweldingjointswitharcbypasscouplingwereinvestigated.Thepulse-MIGweldingtechniquewasemployedtoachievehigh-qualitywelds,andthearcbypasscouplingmethodwasusedtoenhancetheweldstrengthandproduceamoreuniformmicrostructure.Themicrostructuralanalysis,mechanicaltesting,andcharacterizationofthejointswereconductedtoevaluatetheweldqualityandperformance.Theresultsshowedthatthealuminum-steelpulse-MIGweldingjointswitharcbypasscouplingexhibitedimprovedmechanicalpropertiesandarefinedmicrostructure,whichpromotedthejoint'sstrengthandtoughness.
