铝合金表面硅烷膜的制备工艺及性能研究 Abstract Silanefilmswithdifferentconcentrationswerepreparedonthesurfaceofaluminumalloybychemicalvapordeposition(CVD).Thesurfacemorphologyandchemicalcompositionofthefilmswereanalyzedbyscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM)andX-rayphotoelectronspectroscopy(XPS).Thesurfacepropertiesofthefilmswerecharacterizedbywatercontactangleandslidinganglemeasurements.Theresultsshowedthatthesurfaceofthepreparedfilmwasuniformandcompact,withathicknessof20~30nm,andtheSicontentinthefilmincreasedwiththeincreaseofSiprecursorconcentration.Thecontactangleofwateronthesurfaceofthefilmincreasedfrom60.5°to136°,andtheslidingangledecreasedfrom18.1°to3.7°.Thepreparedfilmhadexcellenthydrophobicity,andthefilmcouldeffectivelypreventthesurfaceofthealuminumalloyfrombeingcorrodedbywaterandothercorrosiveliquids. Introduction Aluminumalloyshaveawiderangeofapplicationsinaerospace,automotive,electronicdevicesandotherfieldsduetotheirhighstrength,lowdensity,andexcellentcorrosionresistance.However,thesurfaceofaluminumalloysiseasilycorrodedbywater,resultinginadecreaseinsurfacequalityandshorteningoftheservicelifeofthematerial.Therefore,itisnecessarytoimprovethesurfacepropertiesofaluminumalloystoenhancetheircorrosionresistance. Silanefilmshavebeenwidelyusedinthesurfacemodificationofmaterialsduetotheirgoodhydrophobicity,anti-corrosionandanti-icingproperties.Atpresent,silanefilmsaremainlypreparedbyatmosphericpressureplasma,sol-gel,andchemicalvapordeposition(CVD)methods.Amongthem,theCVDmethodhastheadvantagesofhighuniformity,controllability,andstabilityofthefilm,etc.Therefore,inthisstudy,asilanefilmwaspreparedonthesurfaceofaluminumalloybyCVDmethod,andtheinfluenceofprecursorconcentrationonthesurfacepropertiesofthefilmwasstudied.
