摘要
本研究旨在探讨痰热清注射液对大鼠放射性肺损伤模型中TGF-β1表达的影响。采用大鼠模型进行实验，分为注射液组和对照组，通过免疫组化、mRNA表达、蛋白质表达等方法分析TGF-β1在不同组别中的表达情况。结果显示，注射液组的TGF-β1表达明显低于对照组，同时注射液组中氧自由基、肺泡间质增厚等指标均有显著改善。因此，我们认为痰热清注射液能够降低TGF-β1表达，从而对放射性肺损伤的防治具有一定的作用。

Abstract
ThepurposeofthisstudywastoinvestigatetheeffectofTussilagoFarfaraInjectionontheexpressionofTGF-β1inaratmodelofradiation-inducedlunginjury.Ratsweredividedintoaninjectiongroupandacontrolgroup,andtheexpressionlevelsofTGF-β1wereanalyzedbyimmunohistochemistry,mRNAexpressionandproteinexpression.TheresultsshowedthattheexpressionofTGF-β1intheinjectiongroupwassignificantlylowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup,andthelevelsofoxidativefreeradicalsandalveolarinterstitialthickeningwerealsosignificantlyimprovedintheinjectiongroup.Therefore,webelievethatTussilagoFarfaraInjectioncanreducetheexpressionofTGF-β1,andhasacertaineffectonthepreventionandtreatmentofradiation-inducedlunginjury.

Introduction
Radiation-inducedlunginjury(RILI)isacommoncomplicationofradiationtherapyforthoracictumors,anditsdevelopmentandprogressionarecloselyrelatedtothelevelofradiationexposure.RILIcancausepulmonaryfibrosis,aseriesofchroniclungdiseasescharacterizedbypulmonaryinflammationandfibrotictissuechanges,whichseriouslyaffectthequalityoflifeofpatients(1).ThepathogenesisofRILIinvolvesaseriesoffactors,includinginflammatorycytokines,growthfactors,reactiveoxygenspecies(ROS)andECMremodeling(2).
Transforminggrowthfactor-β1(TGF-β1)isakeycytokineinvolvedinthepathogenesisofRILI.TGF-β1isknowntobeapotentinduceroffibrosisandisinvolvedintheprogressionofpulmonaryfibrosisbyregulatingthedifferentiationoffibroblasts,theproductionofextracellularmatrix(ECM)andtheactivationofinflammatoryresponses(3).Therefore,theexcessiveexpressionofTGF-β1isconsideredtobeoneofthemainfactorsthatleadtopulmonaryfibrosisinRILI.
