痰热清注射液对大鼠放射性肺损伤模型中TGF-β1表达的影响 摘要 本研究旨在探讨痰热清注射液对大鼠放射性肺损伤模型中TGF-β1表达的影响。采用大鼠模型进行实验,分为注射液组和对照组,通过免疫组化、mRNA表达、蛋白质表达等方法分析TGF-β1在不同组别中的表达情况。结果显示,注射液组的TGF-β1表达明显低于对照组,同时注射液组中氧自由基、肺泡间质增厚等指标均有显著改善。因此,我们认为痰热清注射液能够降低TGF-β1表达,从而对放射性肺损伤的防治具有一定的作用。 关键词:痰热清注射液,大鼠模型,放射性肺损伤,TGF-β1,免疫组化 Abstract ThepurposeofthisstudywastoinvestigatetheeffectofTussilagoFarfaraInjectionontheexpressionofTGF-β1inaratmodelofradiation-inducedlunginjury.Ratsweredividedintoaninjectiongroupandacontrolgroup,andtheexpressionlevelsofTGF-β1wereanalyzedbyimmunohistochemistry,mRNAexpressionandproteinexpression.TheresultsshowedthattheexpressionofTGF-β1intheinjectiongroupwassignificantlylowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup,andthelevelsofoxidativefreeradicalsandalveolarinterstitialthickeningwerealsosignificantlyimprovedintheinjectiongroup.Therefore,webelievethatTussilagoFarfaraInjectioncanreducetheexpressionofTGF-β1,andhasacertaineffectonthepreventionandtreatmentofradiation-inducedlunginjury. Transforminggrowthfactor-β1(TGF-β1)isakeycytokineinvolvedinthepathogenesisofRILI.TGF-β1isknowntobeapotentinduceroffibrosisandisinvolvedintheprogressionofpulmonaryfibrosisbyregulatingthedifferentiationoffibroblasts,theproductionofextracellularmatrix(ECM)andtheactivationofinflammatoryresponses(3).Therefore,theexcessiveexpressionofTGF-β1isconsideredtobeoneofthemainfactorsthatleadtopulmonaryfibrosisinRILI.
