聚乳酸碳纳米管复合物结晶性能的研究 摘要 本文研究了聚乳酸(PLA)碳纳米管(CNT)复合物的结晶性能。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对复合物样品进行表征和分析。结果表明,CNT的加入提高了PLA复合物的晶化程度和熔融温度,且复合物中的PLA晶体结构更为完整。此外,不同CNT含量对复合物的结晶行为和热稳定性有着不同的影响。 关键词:聚乳酸,碳纳米管,复合材料,结晶性能,热稳定性 Abstract Thispaperstudiedthecrystallizationpropertiesofpoly(lacticacid)(PLA)carbonnanotube(CNT)composites.Thesampleswerecharacterizedandanalyzedbyscanningelectronmicroscope(SEM),X-raydiffraction(XRD)anddifferentialscanningcalorimeter(DSC).TheresultsshowedthattheadditionofCNTimprovedthecrystallizationdegreeandmeltingtemperatureofPLAcomposites,andthecrystalstructureofPLAinthecompositewasmorecomplete.Moreover,differentCNTcontentshaddifferenteffectsonthecrystallizationbehaviorandthermalstabilityofthecomposites. ThecrystallizationofPLAisacomplexprocess,whichisrelatedtothemolecularstructureofthepolymer,processingconditionsandadditives.TheadditionofCNTscanaffectthecrystallizationbehaviorofPLA,andthemechanismisstillunderinvestigation.Therefore,inthisstudy,theeffectofCNTsonthecrystallizationbehaviorandthermalstabilityofPLAcompositeswasinvestigatedbySEM,XRDandDSCmethods,aimingtoprovideatheoreticalbasisforthepreparationofhigh-performancePLA-CNTcomposites.
