英语教学辅助管理系统的设计与实现 Introduction Withthedevelopmentoftechnologyandtheadvancementofeducation,EnglishteachingisbecomingmoreandmorepopularamongpeopleinChina,andthereisagreatneedforbuildinganEnglishteachingassistantmanagementsystem,whichisaimedatimprovingtheteachingquality,bettermanagementofthelearningresourcesandtrackingthestudents'progress.ThispaperaimsatdiscussingthedesignandimplementationofanEnglishteachingassistantmanagementsystem,aswellasitsbenefitstotheEnglishlearningprocessinChina. ThedesignoftheEnglishteachingassistantsystem TheEnglishteachingassistantsystemdesignshouldbebasedonaproperunderstandingoftheteachingcontent,thelearningobjectives,andtheteachingenvironment.Theteachingassistantsystemismainlyresponsibleforprovidingmultimediaresourcestohelplearnersimprovetheirlistening,speaking,reading,andwritingskills,aswellasenablingteacherstoconductassessmentsonstudents’learningprogress.Therefore,thefollowingrequirementsmustbeconsideredwhiledesigningthesystem: 1.Thesystemshouldbeinteractive,andtheteachingcontentshouldbepresentedinauser-friendlymannerthatiseasytounderstand.Thecontentshouldbedesignedtocatertothedifferentlevelsofstudents’abilities,andthesystemshouldallowstudentstoswitchlevelsiftheyfeelthatthelevelofcontentistooeasyortoodifficult. 2.Thesystemshouldhavethecapacitytoprovidestudentswithvariousmultimediaresourcessuchasaudio,video,andtextmaterialstohelpthemmasterdifferentskillsinEnglishlearning. 3.Thesystemshouldenablestudentstocommunicatewitheachothertoimprovetheirspeakingandlisteningskills.Thesystemshouldalsoallowstudentstocollaboratewithoneanotherduringgroupwork. 4.Thesystemshouldprovideagradebookwhichkeepstrackoftheirrecordedworkandgrades.Teachersshouldhaveaccesstothisrecordtogetabetterunderstandingofstudents’abilitiesandmakenecessarychangesorfeedback. 5.Thesystemshouldhavesecuritymeasuressuchaspasswordsandfirewallstoensuretheprotectionofcontentandstudentdata.
