自杀未遂住院患者自杀行为的应激敏感模型初探 【Abstract】 Thispaperexploresthestress-sensitivemodelofsuicidalbehaviorinhospitalizedpatientswithattemptedsuicide.Throughaliteraturereviewandanalysis,thispaperproposesapreliminarystress-sensitivemodeltoexplainthemechanismandpredictorsofsuicidalbehavioramonghospitalizedpatientswithattemptedsuicide.Themodelhighlightstheroleofindividualstresssensitivityandemphasizestheimportanceofinterventionstrategiesthatcaneffectivelyreducestressandenhancestresscopingcapabilities. 【Introduction】 Suicideisamajorpublichealthproblemworldwide,withasignificantimpactonindividuals,families,andsociety.Hospitalizationafterasuicideattemptisanimportantopportunityforintervention,asitprovidesachancetoidentifyandaddresstheunderlyingcausesandriskfactorsthatcontributetosuicidalbehavior.However,theriskofsuicideremainshighamonghospitalizedpatientswithattemptedsuicide,whichhighlightstheneedforabetterunderstandingofthemechanismandpredictorsofsuicidalbehaviorinthispopulation. Stressisacriticalfactorinthedevelopmentofsuicidalbehavior,andstress-sensitivemodelshavebeenproposedtoexplaintherelationshipbetweenstressandsuicidalbehavior.However,mostexistingstress-sensitivemodelshavebeendevelopedforthegeneralpopulationandmaynotfullycapturetheuniquecharacteristicsandstressorsfacedbyhospitalizedpatientswithattemptedsuicide.Therefore,thispaperaimstoproposeapreliminarystress-sensitivemodelspecifictothispopulation. 【Literaturereview】 Numerousstudieshaveexploredthefactorsthatcontributetosuicidalbehaviorinhospitalizedpatientswithattemptedsuicide,includingdemographicfactors,psychiatricdiagnoses,priorsuicidalbehavior,andsocialsupport.However,theroleofstressinthispopulationhasbeenlessexplored,despiteitscrucialroleinthedevelopmentofsuicidalbehavior. Stress-sensitivemodelsproposethatanindividual'sresponsetostressiscriticalindeterminingtheirriskofdevelopingsuicidalbehavior.Thediathesis-stressmodelsuggeststhatanindividual'svulnerabilitytostress,ordiathesis,interactswiththeoccurrenceofstressfullifeeventstor
