聚乳酸纳米纤维素可降解食品包装材料的制备与发泡研究 Abstract Inrecentyears,theproblemofenvironmentalpollutioncausedbynon-degradablepackagingmaterialshasbecomeincreasinglyprominent.Therefore,itisofgreatsignificancetodevelopbiodegradablepackagingmaterialstoreplacetraditionalplasticpackagingmaterials.Inthisstudy,poly(lacticacid)(PLA)wasusedasthemainrawmaterial,andsodiumalginate(SA)wasusedasthematerialforimprovingthemechanicalpropertiesofPLA.Byusingelectrospinningtechnology,PLA/SAnanofiberswerepreparedandmadeintofoammaterialsbyhotpressingmethod.TheresultsshowedthattheadditionofSAimprovedthemechanicalpropertiesofPLA,andthepreparedfoammaterialshadgoodmechanicalproperties,thermalstabilityandbiodegradability,whichindicateditspotentialapplicationprospectsinthefieldofbiodegradablepackaging. Introduction Inrecentyears,withtherapiddevelopmentofthepackagingindustry,theamountofpackagingwastehasalsoincreaseddramatically.Traditionalplasticpackagingmaterialshavethecharacteristicofnon-degradability,whichbringsgreatharmtotheecologicalenvironment.Therefore,thedevelopmentofenvironmentallyfriendlyandbiodegradablematerialshasbecomeanurgenttask.Polylacticacid(PLA)isabiodegradablepolymermaterialwithgoodmechanicalproperties,thermalstabilityandbiocompatibility,whichhasbeenwidelyusedinfoodpackaging,medicalmaterials,andtextiles.However,itsbrittlenessandpoortoughnesslimititsapplicationinsomefields.Therefore,itisofgreatsignificancetoimprovethemechanicalpropertiesofPLA. Sodiumalginate(SA)isanaturalpolysaccharidewithexcellentbiodegradability,non-toxicityandbiocompatibility.TheintroductionofSAintoPLAcanimproveitsmechanicalpropertiesandreduceitscost.Electrospinningisasimpleandefficientmethodforpreparingnanofibers.Thepreparednanofibershavealargespecificsurfacearea,goodmechanicalpropertiesandhighporosity,whichmakeitapotentialmaterialforfoampreparation.
