磁标记骨髓间充质干细胞对大鼠肝切除术后肝再生作用的实验研究 摘要 背景:肝再生是肝脏损伤或切除后肝组织恢复和再生的过程,磁标记骨髓间充质干细胞是一种新型治疗方式,可以促进肝的再生和恢复。 目的:本研究旨在探讨磁标记骨髓间充质干细胞对大鼠肝切除术后肝再生作用。 方法:本实验共分为两组,每组10只,实验组大鼠肝切除术后注射磁标记骨髓间充质干细胞,对照组大鼠肝切除术后注射等量生理盐水,检测两组大鼠肝功能及肝组织的形态学变化情况。 结果:实验组大鼠肝功能指标(血清ALT、AST和ALP)与对照组比较明显改善,肝组织学表现出更明显的修复和再生能力。同时,实验组大鼠血液中CD44、CD73和CD90干细胞标记物显著高于对照组。 结论:磁标记骨髓间充质干细胞可以促进大鼠肝切除后肝再生,并增强肝细胞的再生能力,提高大鼠肝脏功能。 关键词:磁标记骨髓间充质干细胞;大鼠;肝切除术;肝再生。 Introduction Theliverisavitalorganandisresponsibleformanyimportantfunctions,suchasdetoxification,metabolism,andsynthesis.Duetoitscrucialroleinmaintaininghomeostasis,liverdamageandliverdiseasesgreatlyaffecthealthandqualityoflife.Liverregenerationistheprocessofrepairingandregrowinglivertissueafterdamageorpartialhepatectomy.Theprocessismainlycarriedoutbyhepatocytesandotherlivercells,suchasliverstemcellsandmesenchymalstemcells(MSCs).MSCsaremultipotentcellsthatcandifferentiateintovariouscelltypes,suchaslivercells,andhaveshowngreatpotentialinpromotingliverregenerationandrepairingliverinjury. MSCshavebeenextensivelystudiedfortheirpotentialintreatingliverdiseasesandpromotingliverregeneration.RecentstudieshaveshownthatMSCscanbeeffectivelylabeledwithmagneticnanoparticles,whichenablesnon-invasivetrackingandmonitoringoftheirmigrationanddistributioninvivo.MagneticlabelingalsoallowsfortargeteddeliveryofMSCstothesiteofliverinjuryordisease,furtherenhancingtheirtherapeuticpotential. Inthisstudy,weaimedtoinvestigatetheeffectofmagneticallylabeledMSCsonliverregenerationinaratmodelofpartialhepatectomy.
