等离子喷涂HA涂层残余应力的研究 Title:InvestigationofResidualStressesinHACoatingsbyPlasmaSpraying Abstract: Theaimofthispaperistoexploreandunderstandtheresidualstressespresentinhydroxyapatite(HA)coatingsdepositedbyplasmaspraying.Residualstressescansignificantlyaffectthemechanicalandthermalpropertiesofcoatings,impactingtheirperformanceanddurability.Inthisstudy,theformationanddistributionofresidualstresseswithinHAcoatingsweresystematicallyinvestigated.Variousfactorsthatinfluencethedevelopmentofresidualstresses,suchascoatingparameters,substrateproperties,andcoolingconditions,wereexamined.ThefindingsofthisresearchwillcontributetotheoptimizationofHAcoatingprocessesandenhancetheunderstandingofthemechanicalbehaviorofcoatedmaterials. 1.Introduction: Hydroxyapatitecoatingsarewidelyusedinbiomedicalapplicationsduetotheirexcellentbiocompatibilityandosteoconductiveproperties.However,theirperformanceandlongevitycanbegreatlyinfluencedbythepresenceofresidualstresses.Residualstressescanariseduringtheplasmasprayingprocess,whichinvolvestherapidsolidificationofmoltenparticlesonthesubstratesurface.Themismatchbetweenthethermalexpansioncoefficientsofthecoatingandsubstratematerialsisaprimarycauseofresidualstressformation.ThispaperaimstoinvestigatethefactorsaffectingtheresidualstressesinHAcoatingsandunderstandtheirdistributionandmagnitude. 2.ExperimentalMethods: 2.1CoatingDeposition: HAcoatingsweredepositedonvarioussubstratesusingaplasmasprayingtechnique.Theplasmasprayingparameters,includingpowersetting,powderfeedrate,andspraygundesign,werecarefullycontrolledtooptimizethecoatingqualityandminimizeresidualstresses. 2.2CharacterizationTechniques: Theresidualstressesinthecoatingswereanalyzedusingavarietyofcharacterizationtechniques,suchasX-raydiffraction(XRD),electronmicroscopy,andfiniteelementanalysis(FEA).XRDwasemployedtostudythestrainandlatticespacingchangeswithinthecoatings,whichcanprovidevaluableinformationaboutthepresenceofresidualstresses.Electronmicroscopywasusedtoexaminethemicrostructureofthecoatings
