碳纤维表面涂层制备研究 Abstract Carbonfiberreinforcedpolymer(CFRP)compositeshavebeenwidelyusedinvariousindustrialsectorsduetotheirhighstrength-to-weightratio,excellentcorrosionresistance,andgoodfatigueproperties.However,thepoorinterfacialadhesionbetweencarbonfibersandmatrixinCFRPcompositeshaslimitedtheirperformanceandapplications.Surfacecoatingsareeffectivemethodstoimprovetheinterfacialadhesionbetweencarbonfibersandmatrix.Inthispaper,varioussurfacecoatingpreparationmethodsforcarbonfibersarediscussed,includingchemicalmethods,physicalmethods,andcombinationmethods.Theadvantagesanddisadvantagesofeachmethodarecompared,andsomefutureresearchdirectionsareproposed. Introduction Carbonfiberreinforcedpolymer(CFRP)compositeshavebeenwidelyusedinaerospace,transportation,construction,sports,andotherindustriesduetotheirhighspecificstrengthandstiffness,excellentfatigueproperties,goodthermalstability,andcorrosionresistance[1-3].However,thepoorinterfacialadhesionbetweencarbonfibersandmatrixintheCFRPcompositeshaslimitedtheirperformanceandapplications[4-6].ThetypicalfailuremodesofCFRPcompositesaredelamination,fiberpull-out,andmatrixcracking,whicharemainlycausedbytheweakinterfacialbondingbetweencarbonfibersandmatrix[4,7]. Toimprovetheinterfacialadhesionbetweencarbonfibersandmatrix,variousmethodshavebeendeveloped,includingsurfacetreatments,modificationofmatrixmaterials,andsurfacecoatings[4,8].Surfacecoatingsareaneffectivemethodtoenhancetheinterfacialbondingbetweencarbonfibersandmatrix.Surfacecoatingscannotonlyformaprotectivelayeroncarbonfibersurfacestopreventmechanicaldamage,butalsomodifythesurfacechemistryofcarbonfiberstoenhancetheinterfacialbondingbetweencarbonfibersandmatrix[9,10]. Inthispaper,wefocusonthepreparationmethodsofsurfacecoatingsforcarbonfibers.Theadvantagesanddisadvantagesofvariousmethodsarediscussed,andsomefutureresearchdirectionsareproposed. ChemicalMethods Chemicalmethodsarewidelyusedforpreparingsurfacecoatingsoncarbonfibers.Thechemicalmethodsmainlyincludegrafting,sol-gel,electroch
