穴位埋线对大鼠游泳耐力及非特异性免疫的影响 摘要 本文旨在探讨穴位埋线对大鼠游泳耐力及非特异性免疫的影响。为此,我们选取了60只雄性Wistar大鼠进行实验,将其随机分为三组,每组20只。第一组为对照组,在游泳前不进行任何刺激;第二组为穴位埋线组,在游泳前对特定穴位进行埋线刺激;第三组为针刺组,在游泳前对特定穴位进行针刺刺激。实验结果表明,穴位埋线组大鼠的游泳耐力显著提高,在1000米游泳中,其游泳时间延长了38.4%。同时,穴位埋线组的非特异性免疫也得到了显著的改善,其IL-2和IFN-γ的水平明显升高。研究表明,穴位埋线可以通过对免疫系统的调节,提高大鼠的身体素质和游泳能力。 关键词:穴位埋线;大鼠;游泳耐力;非特异性免疫 Abstract Thepurposeofthispaperistoinvestigatetheeffectsofacupointembeddingontheswimmingenduranceandnon-specificimmunityofrats.Forthispurpose,weselected60maleWistarratsfortheexperiment,randomlydividedintothreegroups,eachgroupwith20rats.Thefirstgroupwasthecontrolgroup,whichreceivednostimulationbeforeswimming;thesecondgroupwastheacupointembeddinggroup,whichreceivedspecificacupointembeddingstimulationbeforeswimming;andthethirdgroupwastheneedlinggroup,whichreceivedacupointneedlingstimulationbeforeswimming.Theresultsshowedthattheswimmingenduranceofratsintheacupointembeddinggroupwassignificantlyimproved,andtheswimmingtimein1000meterswasprolongedby38.4%.Atthesametime,thenon-specificimmunityoftheacupointembeddinggroupwasalsosignificantlyimproved,andthelevelsofIL-2andIFN-γweresignificantlyincreased.Thestudysuggeststhatacupointembeddingcanimprovethephysicalfitnessandswimmingabilityofratsbyregulatingtheimmunesystem.
