瑞舒伐他汀对大鼠主动脉内皮球囊损伤后血管紧张素II2型受体表达的影响 Abstract: Objective:ToinvestigatetheeffectofrosuvastatinontheexpressionofangiotensinIItype2receptor(AT2R)inratsafterendothelialballooninjuryoftheaorticartery. Methods:SDratswererandomlydividedintothreegroups:controlgroup,injurygroup,androsuvastatingroup.Theratsinthecontrolgroupweregivennormalsaline,whiletheratsintheinjurygroupandrosuvastatingroupweregivencarotidendothelialballooninjurysurgery.Ratsintherosuvastatingroupwereadministeredwithrosuvastatin10mg/kg/day,andthecontrolandinjurygroupsweregivenequaldosesofvehicle.After4weeks,themorphologicalchangesoftheaorticarterywereobservedbyHEstaining,themRNAandproteinexpressionlevelsoftheAT2RweredetectedbyRT-qPCRandWesternblot,respectively. Results:Comparedwiththecontrolgroup,theinjurygroupshowedobviousmorphologicalchangesintheaorticarterylumen,increasingtheintima-mediathickness,andtheexpressionoftheAT2Rwassignificantlyincreased.Administrationofrosuvastatincaneffectivelyreducetheintima-mediathicknessandexpressionofAT2R. Conclusion:RosuvastatincansignificantlyinhibittheexpressionofAT2Rinratsafterballooninjury,effectivelyreducingtheinjuryresponseofvascularendothelialcells,whichhaspotentialclinicalsignificanceinthepreventionandtreatmentofcardiovasculardiseases.
