混杂纤维全轻混凝土性能的试验研究 Abstract Thestudyaimstoinvestigatethepropertiesoflightweightconcretecontainingmixedfibers.Theexperimentalinvestigationwascarriedoutusingdifferenttypesoffibersandvaryingfibercontent.Theresultsshowedthattheadditionoffibersimprovedtheflexuralandcompressivestrengthoftheconcrete.Itwasfoundthathybridfibersresultedinbettermechanicalproperties.Thestudyalsoevaluatedtheeffectoffiberorientationontheperformanceoftheconcrete.Thefindingssuggestthatincorporatingmixedfibersinlightweightconcretecanenhanceitspropertiesandmakeitsuitableforvariousconstructionapplications. Introduction Lightweightconcreteisatypeofconcretethathasalowerdensitythantheconventionalconcreteduetotheuseoflightaggregatesinthemix.Lightweightconcreteispreferredinmanyconstructionapplicationsbecauseofitsuniqueproperties,includingthermalinsulation,soundproofingcapabilities,andreduceddeadload.However,lightweightconcretehaslowermechanicalpropertiesascomparedtotheconventionalconcrete.Therefore,theadditionoffiberstothemixcanimprovetheoverallperformanceoflightweightconcrete. Fibersarecommonlyusedtoreinforceconcreteandenhanceitsmechanicalproperties.Differenttypesoffibers,suchassteel,synthetic,andnaturalfibers,havebeenusedforthispurpose.However,theadditionofasingletypeoffibermaynotalwaysresultinanoptimalperformanceoftheconcrete.Therefore,usingmixedfibersinconcretecanresultinsynergisticeffectsandbettermechanicalproperties. Theobjectiveofthisstudyistoinvestigatetheperformanceoflightweightconcretecontainingmixedfibers.Thestudyalsoaimstoevaluatetheeffectoffibercontentandorientationonthepropertiesoftheconcrete. ExperimentalProgram Materials Thematerialsusedinthestudyincludedlightweightaggregate,cement,sand,water,andfibers.Thelightaggregateusedinthestudywasexpandedshale,andthecementusedwasordinaryPortlandcement.Thesandusedforthemixwasriversand.Thefibersusedforthestudyincludedsteelfibers,syntheticfibers,andnaturalfibers.
