水泥加固有机质红粘土力学性质试验研究 Abstract Thispaperpresentsastudyonthemechanicalpropertiesofredclaymixedwithcementforreinforcementpurposes.Theaimofthisresearchistoinvestigatethepotentialuseofcementtoenhancethemechanicalpropertiesoforganic-richredclay.Thestudyconsistsoflaboratoryexperiments,includingcompactiontests,unconfinedcompressiontests,andtriaxialtests.Theresultsindicatethattheadditionofcementsignificantlyimprovesthestrengthandstiffnessoftheredclay.Thefindingsfromthisresearchcontributetoabetterunderstandingofthebehavioroforganic-richsoilsandprovideinsightsintothepotentialapplicationofcementasareinforcementmaterial. 1.Introduction Organic-richredclayisacommonsoiltypefoundinmanyareas.Itischaracterizedbyitshighorganiccontent,whichmakesitpronetohighcompressibilityandlowstrength.Thesepropertiesposesignificantchallengesinvariousengineeringprojects,suchasfoundationconstructionandslopestability.Inrecentyears,researchershavebeenexploringdifferentmethodstoimprovethemechanicalpropertiesoforganic-richsoils,withtheaimofmakingthemmoresuitableforengineeringapplications.Oneoftheapproachesthathaveshownpromisingresultsistheuseofcementasareinforcementmaterial.Thisstudyaimstoinvestigatetheeffectofcementonthemechanicalpropertiesoforganic-richredclaythroughlaboratorytesting. 2.ExperimentalProcedure 2.1SampleCollectionandPreparation Samplesoforganic-richredclaywerecollectedfromalocalconstructionsite.Thesampleswereair-driedandthenpassedthrougha4.75mmsievetoremoveanylargeparticles.Thecollectedsoilwasmixedwithvariouspercentagesofcement(2%,4%,6%,and8%byweight)toobtaindifferentmixturesfortesting. 2.2CompactionTests Compactiontestswereconductedtodeterminetheoptimummoisturecontentandmaximumdrydensityofthesoil-cementmixtures.StandardProctorcompactiontestswereperformedaccordingtoASTMD698-12. 2.3UnconfinedCompressionTests Unconfinedcompressiontestswereconductedtoevaluatethestrengthpropertiesofthesoil-cementmixtures.Cylindricalsampleswerepreparedandtestedusingauniversaltestingmachine.Thetestswereperformedacc
