Moreover,theanalysisrevealsthatthereisalsoapositiverelationshipbetweendiversificationclusteringandurbanlanduseefficiency.Theclusteringofdiverseindustriesinanareapromotesthesharingofresources,collaborationamongbusinesses,andinnovationamongindustries,therebyenhancingurbanlanduseefficiency. However,thestudyshowsthatotherfactorssuchaslandprice,infrastructurequality,governmentpolicies,andsocioeconomicstatusalsoaffecttherelationshipbetweenindustrialspecialization,diversificationclustering,andurbanlanduseefficiency.Therefore,policymakersandurbanplannersshouldconsiderstreamliningpolicies,improvinginfrastructure,andpromotingequitabledevelopmenttoensuretheefficientuseoflandinurbanareas.
